What happens if my UPI payment succeeds but the order shows pending?

In UPI transactions, the shopkeeper or operator verifies the incoming credit on their workstation terminal before releasing the job to the physical printer. If an order remains pending after you have been debited, simply show the 12-digit UPI UTR number or transaction receipt to the operator at the counter. They can instantly verify and authorize your print job.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund prior to payment verification or before the physical print queue begins processing. Once physical ink or toner has been deposited onto paper sheets, cancellations cannot be accepted. If a hardware error, paper jam, or defective printout occurs, the operator will reprint your job at zero additional cost or issue an on-the-spot reversal per our Refund Policy.

You can track your order status in real time on the QUIKXE tracking screen. Statuses update live: "Received" -> "Printing" -> "Ready for Pickup" -> "Collected". Most standard documents are printed within 2 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

How do I check if a shop is currently open?

Every shop listed on the QUIKXE shops page displays real-time operational status (Open Now or Closed) alongside their weekly operating schedule and live printer readiness. If a shop is closed, order placement is paused to prevent stranded orders.

What happens to my uploaded documents after printing?

Accepted Answer

QUIKXE follows a strict ephemeral data retention policy under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023). When your document is collected, it is immediately scheduled for permanent deletion. Uncollected files are automatically purged by our server daemon after a maximum of 24 hours. Furthermore, local cached copies on the shopkeeper’s Windows PC are automatically wiped by SpoolX upon print completion.

Does QUIKXE inspect or read the contents of my documents?

No. QUIKXE operates exclusively as an automated document transmission and print-queue orchestrator. We do not inspect, parse, harvest, or monetize customer document contents. Conversion and rasterization pipelines run in sandboxed compute instances with strict access isolation.
