- N-Up Multi-Page Layout: Fit 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, or 16 pages per sheet with automatic orientation alignment.
- Finishing: Add corner stapling, plastic coil spiral binding, or heat-sealed cover lamination.

Pick up your prints at the counter; your files are automatically deleted.
- Walk up to the counter, show your 4-digit PIN or QR code to the operator, and pick up your ready printout.

- Immediate Data Protection: Collected documents are immediately scheduled for permanent deletion; uncollected files are auto-purged within 24 hours. Local workstation caches are automatically wiped upon completion.
How SpoolX Bridges Cloud Orders to Physical Printers
Traditional print shops rely on human operators manually downloading WhatsApp attachments, opening them in Office, adjusting margins, and sending them to the printer one by one. This causes huge bottlenecks.
Uploaded Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or image files are converted into standard 600 DPI print-ready PDF streams in isolated server containers, eliminating driver mismatches.
SpoolX inspects job metadata and automatically routes monochrome jobs to high-speed B&W laser drums and color pages to dedicated CMYK units to prevent drum wear.
Each completed print order is prefixed with a machine-generated separator sheet containing the customer’s pickup PIN and QR code, ensuring zero mix-ups at the counter.
